SpotMe Terms and Conditions of Use

1.Service description

SpotMe is a digital platform designed to connect people interested in physical training, sports activity, wellness and healthy habits. Among other features, the platform allows you to:

• Create a personal profile.
• Share posts and workouts.
• Take part in challenges and events.
• Interact with other users.
• Use the compatibility system (“Match”).
• Exchange private messages.

SpotMe is not a dating app and does not guarantee personal, business or sporting relationships between users.

2.Age requirements

SpotMe is intended exclusively for people over 18 years old. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform. By registering, you declare that the information provided is true and that you meet the minimum age requirement.

3.User responsibility

Each user is solely responsible for:

• The information posted.
• The photos shared.
• The messages sent.
• Interactions with other users.

SpotMe does not verify the real identity of all users and does not guarantee the accuracy of information posted by third parties.

4.In-person meetings

Interactions and meetings outside the platform are the sole responsibility of the users involved. SpotMe does not organize, supervise or guarantee the safety of in-person meetings. Each user must take whatever safety measures they consider necessary.

5.Prohibited conduct

It is prohibited to:

• Impersonate others.
• Post false information.
• Harass, threaten or intimidate other users.
• Share illegal content.
• Share sexually explicit content.
• Share discriminatory content.
• Carry out fraudulent activities.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Distribute malware or malicious software.

SpotMe may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

6.Published content

Users retain the intellectual property rights to the content they post. By posting content on SpotMe, you grant SpotMe a non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform in order to provide the service.

7.Service availability

SpotMe may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

8.Limitation of liability

SpotMe will not be liable for:

• Damages arising from use of the platform.
• Conduct of third parties.
• Incorrect information posted by users.
• Interactions outside the app.
• Loss of data caused by circumstances beyond SpotMe's reasonable control.

9.Account termination

SpotMe may suspend or delete accounts that:

• Violate these terms.
• Pose risks to other users.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.

10.Changes

SpotMe may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of such changes.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
